Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Membership Sales Ambassador Part Time to join our team. As a Membership Sales Ambassador, you will be responsible for executing acquisition, retention, and upgrading of membership programs, as well as providing excellent customer service to our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute acquisition, retention, and upgrading of membership programs
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members
  • Resolve member concerns in a courteous and timely manner
  • Assist with BOPIC (Buy Online and Pick Up In Club) orders for members
  • Maintain all club policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Prior front-line/customer service or previous sales experience preferred
  • Results-driven with proven success in goal achievement
  • Basic math skills preferred
  • Computer proficiency preferred
Work Environment

The Membership Sales Ambassador Part Time will work in a fast-paced retail environment with frequent interaction with members and colleagues. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a team environment, communicate effectively, and provide exceptional customer service.
