Position: Cyber Security Architect

Key Responsibilities:

Provide specialized support in cyber security and systems architecture. This includes split support as ISSE/A&A, Strategic, DevSecOps, management, and new product assessment.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Assist the Sponsor in guiding multiple IT systems through the Assessment and Accreditation (A&A) processes.
  • Proven experience leading security accreditation initiatives for enterprise systems.
  • Experience in security engineering and network engineering.
  • Ability to analyze and document test outcomes.
  • Experience in evaluating systems against information assurance policies and regulations.
  • Expertise in cyber security design and implementation.
  • Familiarity with customer A&A workflows and the Risk Management Framework.
  • Experience in delivering complex technical solutions in dynamic environments, including access management, encryption, process enhancements, organizational change recommendations, and collaboration with customer cyber security offices.
  • Capability to analyze security threats and vulnerabilities, prioritize remediation efforts, and provide actionable insights.
  • Strong knowledge in systems and security engineering, software development lifecycle, DevSecOps, and relevant customer cyber security regulations and standards.
  • Expertise in network design, security architecture, and identifying security weaknesses with proposed solutions.
  • Assess patch and vulnerability management, provisioning, and terrain management while contributing to process improvements.
  • Ability to communicate intricate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, including presenting solutions to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with offensive security methodologies.
  • Familiarity with vulnerability scanning tools.

Education and Certifications:

  • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
  • Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH)
