Job Description

We are seeking a UX Researcher to join our rapidly growing product organization in building the next generation of enterprise solutions that power the world's leading businesses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct user research activities, including concept validation, interviews, surveys, observations, and contextual inquiries to uncover user needs, pain points, and behaviors.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define research objectives, develop field study plans, benchmarking, and execute research influencing the product roadmap.
  • Synthesize qualitative and quantitative research findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations that guide design and product decisions.
  • Participate in concept testing, iterative design evaluations, and usability assessments to refine features and optimize the user experience.
  • Provide guidance, tools, and best practices for conducting lightweight testing, gathering user feedback, and disseminating findings efficiently to enable designers and product managers to integrate research into their own processes.
  • Advocate for human-centered design within the team and the broader organization, ensuring user insights are a central component of product development decisions.
  • Present research findings to stakeholders at various levels and create compelling narratives to communicate user needs and how they impact business goals.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods, with the ability to choose the best approach based on the research questions and product needs.
  • Strong experience developing user personas that guide product design and strategy.
  • Ability to design and conduct end-to-end research studies, from recruiting participants to delivering insights.
  • Experience collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers, with a deep understanding of the different ways research fits into the product development lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate behavioral data into actionable insights that drive product decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade a wide range of stakeholders.
  • Empathy for users and a commitment to creating experiences that are intuitive, efficient, and valuable.
  • Experience working with and contributing to Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, and Hypothesis-Driven Design processes.
  • A portfolio or case studies demonstrating your experience and the impact of your research on product outcomes.
Preferred Experience
  • 3+ years of experience conducting UX research in an Enterprise SaaS environment, ideal in the Human Capital Management, Assessment, and Talent & Development domains.
  • Hands-on experience with contextual inquiry, observation, user interviews, surveys, and other research methodologies.
  • A master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Psychology, Anthropology, or equivalent experience.
