UX Developer Job Description

Stefanini North America and APAC is seeking a talented UX Developer to join our dynamic IT team.

We are looking for a skilled professional to create intuitive, engaging, and user-friendly digital experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to develop user-centered designs that align with business goals.
  • Translate wireframes, prototypes, and design mockups into fully functional and responsive web pages and applications.
  • Develop and maintain front-end code using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Angular framework.
  • Conduct usability testing and gather user feedback to improve the user experience.
  • Ensure the design and user experience is optimized for a variety of devices, screen sizes, and platforms.
  • Work with back-end developers to integrate APIs and ensure smooth data flows between front-end and back-end systems.
  • Identify and troubleshoot UX problems, optimize performance, and ensure accessibility standards are met.
  • Provide input on the overall direction of the digital product and contribute to the team's agile process by participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in UX development, UI design, or front-end development.
  • Strong proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Angular framework.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
  • Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
  • Need experience with On Prem to AWS Cloud migration.
  • Must have experience with Angular, UX Design, AWS, S3, Buckets.
  • Knowledge of user experience best practices, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Understanding of version control systems like Git and experience working in an Agile development environment.
