As an AlienVault Customer Services Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Connecting, repairing, and rearranging cable conductors
  • Reviewing and analyzing prints, diagrams, or schematic drawings
  • Splicing and waterproofing coverings
  • Repairing and maintaining outside plant facilities
  • Climbing ladders and poles
  • Working outdoors in all kinds of weather

Qualifications

Our Customer Services Specialists must have the following:

  • A valid state driver's license
  • A non-negligent driving record
  • Meet 300lbs weight limit due to safety restrictions
  • The ability to perceive differences in wire and cable colors
  • The ability to lift and move up to 100lbs
  • Qualify on pre-employment screening: Technical/Mechanical Test III (TMTIII)
