  • Provide top-notch customer service to potential and existing clients, identifying their needs and responding to their inquiries in a timely and effective manner.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to optimize customer services and brand awareness.
  • Track customer experiences across various channels, devices, and touchpoints.
  • Document processes and log technical issues, customer compliments, and complaints.
Requirements
  • 1+ years of customer support, call center, or similar experience.
  • Bilingual skills in both English and Spanish - speaking, reading, writing.
  • Prior experience operating CRM systems preferred.
  • Extensive experience in gathering and interpreting customer experience information.
  • Proficient with MS Office applications.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach.
  • Great organizational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to multi-task and problem solve.
