KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Youth Care Worker plays a crucial role in delivering program services aimed at assisting adolescents within a structured group home environment. Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing direct care services based on the agency's established model.
- Providing comprehensive residential support to youth.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be at least twenty-one (21) years old.
- High School Diploma required, along with relevant experience in youth services.
- Possession of a valid Driver's License with a satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed.
