About the Role

Exploria Resorts is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Trainer to join our team. As a Sales Trainer, you will be responsible for conducting initial sales training classes, ongoing training, and coaching for all new and existing sales consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales training classes and successfully transition new hires onto the sales floor.
  • Coach and develop sales consultants to ensure sales volume and efficiency goals are met.
  • Analyze sales performance and develop action plans for improvement to achieve company objectives.
  • Conduct sales ride evaluations and follow-up training with sales executives to ensure sales consultants follow the training process and meet company sales standards.
  • Hold training sessions to train and motivate sales consultants and managers.
  • Provide one-on-one counseling with sales consultants to help identify areas for improvement and assist them with understanding and following the sales process.
  • Ensure all sales consultants, managers, and support team members are up to date with new changes to the sales and training process.
  • Assist in the development and creation of new training programs.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma, G.E.D. or equivalent.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • A sales training background is required.
  • Timeshare experience is required.
  • Strong work ethic, high energy, excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be competent in public speaking.
  • Organizational, time management, and planning skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint and competent in using computers.
Essential Functions
  • Grow sales volume and increase sales efficiency in alignment with company objectives.
  • Meet monthly sales training goals which are in alignment with company sales targets.
  • Strong and proactive decision-making ability with problem-resolution skills.
  • Strong goal orientation and advanced knowledge of sales concepts.
  • Motivate and lead sales executives with the organization's vision, mission, and values.
  • Unwavering integrity and strength in character.
