As an Operations Process Engineer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze site performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop actionable solutions. You will also engage with business stakeholders to document requirements, create functional specifications, and generate process maps.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze site performance against relevant business objectives and establish actions to improve operational excellence
  • Develop and implement process strategies that drive efficiency, reduce defect injection, and improve overall performance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable solutions
  • Engage with business stakeholders to document requirements, create functional specifications, and generate process maps
  • Become a subject matter expert (SME) for quality across REACH Logistics
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Warehouse Operations, Process Engineering, Production environments, or Supply Chains
  • Demonstrated experience in data analysis and interpretation, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
  • Experience in successful people and stakeholder management, with the ability to influence others to take action
  • Experience in Lean, Six Sigma, and leading Kaizen events
  • Relevant experience working with Excel, Snowflake, and building basic queries in a professional environment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong drive to go above and beyond expectations
