Job Title: Director of Operations

Mission: Drive organizational transformation, streamline operations, and align them with strategic goals to become a forefront AI development entity.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Guide the transformation of clients into leading AI software development companies, aligning operational strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Lead the formalization, visualization, and review of organizational processes, identifying automation opportunities to streamline operations and increase efficiency.
  • Support the continuous improvement of organizational processes, advocating for automation and streamlining to improve workflow and efficiency.
  • Assist in developing and implementing policies and practices that support effective remote work and team collaboration across different geographical locations.
  • Facilitate the adoption and refinement of the OKR goal-setting framework to ensure clear goal setting, tracking, and achievement across the company.
  • Deploy and manage comprehensive business efficiency metrics throughout the organization to monitor and improve operational performance.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance operational cost efficiency and capital utilization, ensuring financial resources are optimally allocated and utilized.
  • Develop and manage key business efficiency and health metrics, to provide a holistic view of the company's operational health and guide strategic decision-making.
  • Manage operational budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to support strategic objectives and operational needs.
  • Act as a critical liaison between the CEO, C-level members, and other stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment on strategic initiatives and operational performance.
Requirements:
  • Experience as an operational executive within software development organizations, preferably with exposure to AI technologies.
  • Demonstrated success in leading transformational change, improving operational efficiency, and scaling operations in a global context.
  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to inspire and manage teams across diverse locations and cultures.
  • Deep understanding of OKR frameworks.
  • Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills, with a data-driven approach to management.
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to convey complex concepts in a clear, concise manner.
  • Empathetic leader with the resilience to navigate and support the team through challenging situations.
  • Ability to successfully balance between process and people components of the responsibilities.
Operational Executive Experience:
  • Minimum of 10 years in software development organizations.
  • At least 5 years of exposure to AI technologies.
Transformational Leadership:
  • Proven success in leading transformational change and improving operational efficiency.
  • Experience in scaling operations in a global context for at least 5 years.
Strong Leadership Qualities:
  • Ability to inspire and manage teams across diverse locations and cultures.
  • Minimum of 7 years in leadership roles.
OKR Frameworks Knowledge:
  • Deep understanding and practical experience with OKR frameworks for at least 3 years.
Analytical Skills:
  • Exceptional problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
  • Data-driven approach to management with at least 5 years of experience.
Communication Skills:
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Minimum of 5 years in roles requiring high-level communication.
Empathetic Leadership:
  • Empathetic leader with the resilience to navigate and support the team through challenging situations.
  • At least 5 years of experience in roles requiring strong emotional intelligence.
Balanced Approach:
  • Ability to successfully balance between process and people components of the responsibilities.
  • Proven track record in maintaining this balance for at least 5 years.
Compensation:

$200,000 per year annual salary. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Benefit packages for this role include healthcare insurance offerings and paid leave as provided by applicable law.
