Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their needs are met, and resolving any issues that may arise. Your expertise will directly impact the success of our customers, and you'll play a vital role in maintaining our high standards of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Guiding customers in selecting the right automotive tools and toolboxes

• Handling inbound calls, providing pricing details, and sharing part numbers

• Troubleshooting issues and offering basic credits

• Providing technical support and information on our products and suppliers

• Efficiently inputting orders using our internal software systems

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• At least 1 year of call center experience or equivalent experience in dealing with customers

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Availability to work from 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM ET, Monday to Friday

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced office environment
