Customer Service Coordinator

Lightserve Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Customer Account Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for developing, coordinating, and implementing scopes of work for assigned client programs.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by being reliable, responsive, and efficient.
- Communicate in a professional manner with vendors and customers in a high-call volume environment.
- Ensure client documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately.
- Identify resources needed to implement a work order with a timely and cost-efficient approach.
- Create and execute work orders with appropriate revisions to meet changing needs and requirements.
- Manage daily workflow and enforce service quality while adhering to company standard operation procedures.
- Work proficiently within ARC; maintaining proper job notes for effective inter-departmental communication.
- Assist in continuous development and maintenance of a high-quality, cost-effective contractor network.
- Possess a clear understanding of the client program, pricing model, and billing procedures.
- Experience with telephone communications in a customer service-based environment.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve client-specific problems.
- Ability to maintain a professional presence with all vendors, customers, colleagues, and management.
- Customer service focus with the ability to respond to requests in a timely manner.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with several competing priorities.
- Ability to navigate multiple computer system windows, applications, and utilize search tools to find information.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Associates or bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college.
- Commercial and/or Industrial lighting experience.
