Unlock your potentialPOSITION SUMMARY: Working lead coordinates the scheduling and efforts of the CT Techs, monitors and reports daily aspects of imaging services. Assists in coordinating daily operations to maximize quality of patient care / imaging quality, ensuring proper equipment performance, guaranteeing safe and clean equipment, and perform all job functions of the CT Technologist. Assist with team member’s evaluations and education.Lead responsibilities include: Creates work schedules to ensure service.Aides Director with evaluation and assessment of CT personnel.Aides Director in assessing service and technical needsOversee quality control on equipment and CT exams. POSITION QUALIFICATIONSA. Education/SkillsTechnical degree or vocational trainingB. Experience1 year of CT experience preferred, prior supervisory or lead experience preferred. C. Licenses, Registrations and/or CertificationsARRT and MRT required and ARRT (CT) preferredBLS by HCA approved vendor requiredMedical City Alliance serves families from Fort Worth, Keller, Haslet, Saginaw and Tarrant County.
