Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Associate to join our operations team at our client site in Canonsburg, PA.

This individual will work directly with the Operations Manager to support the daily operations of the facility and assist in sourcing and recruiting of facility associates.

The ideal candidate must be a high-energy individual with excellent organizational skills, possess a strong attention to detail, and have the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the sourcing and recruiting of facility associates.
  • Promote employee engagement through continual interaction with employees on a daily basis.
  • Field inbound communications and route to the appropriate internal parties as needed.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ years prior recruiting experience in a high-volume environment
  • Previous HR experience in a manufacturing or distribution center environment
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of $50-55K, a full suite of employer-sponsored benefits, including health insurance, dental, vision, life, disability, 401(k) retirement plan, and paid time off.
