Pest Control Specialist

Aptive Environmental is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to join our team. This is a full-time position located in Bellevue, NE, and requires a strong work ethic, innovative thinking, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve customer pest concerns and issues through daily route management
- Maintain truck and equipment in proper working order
- Keep accurate records of treatments provided
- Mix, apply, and work with pesticides following state and federal laws
- Serve as the subject matter expert for customers, implementing efficient and effective pest solutions
- Maintain and service all route customers according to company standards and procedures
- Advise customers of potential problems and keep management informed of any issues encountered on service routes
- Maintain proper inventory of pesticides in usage
Requirements:
- A US driver's license with a minimum of 3 years of validity
- A clean driving record with no more than one moving violation in the past year and no more than 2 moving violations in the past 4 years
- A drug test and background check will be performed on all new hires
