Job Summary

ENGIE North America Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Project Management Senior Advisor to lead the technical development, administration, and implementation of energy system projects related to new partnerships with universities or commercial and industrial entities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe, on-budget, and on-time delivery of large capital projects within the Energy Solutions North America business unit.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Technical discipline, Construction Management, or a related field, and a minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in project management. They will have experience leading design/engineering firms, construction contractors, qualified equipment vendors, and suppliers to ensure projects are executed efficiently.

The Project Management Senior Advisor will develop and update project definition documents, including scope, schedule, budget forecasts, resource requirements, risk registers, and benefit estimates. They will also assess potential savings to reach the best return on investment for the client and demonstrate flexibility to changing business and project conditions.

The successful candidate will be responsible for measuring project performances using KPIs for engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and start-up, and providing regular reports to ENGIE leadership with key statistics and summary reports.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Technical discipline, Construction Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of progressively responsible experience in project management
  • Experience leading design/engineering firms, construction contractors, qualified equipment vendors, and suppliers
  • PMP certification is helpful
