Job Title: Watercraft Inspector

Waterfront Restoration LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Watercraft Inspector to join our team. As a Watercraft Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and integrity of our waterways by inspecting watercraft for invasive species and educating the public on the importance of aquatic invasive species prevention.

Responsibilities:
  • Inspect watercraft for invasive species and document findings
  • Educate the public on the importance of aquatic invasive species prevention and the role of the Watercraft Inspector
  • Assist with the development and implementation of educational materials and programs
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure effective communication and coordination
  • Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as environmental education or conservation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Physical ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
