Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Account Executive to join our team at MDC Data Center. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in identifying new business opportunities and maintaining relationships with current clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Identify and research potential business opportunities, understanding companies' needs and developing tailored solutions.
  2. Conduct outreach and prospecting through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
  3. Engage with leads from marketing and build strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring seamless client experiences.
  4. Collaborate with sales engineers and product teams to develop comprehensive proposals and drive revenue growth.
  5. Maintain accurate CRM records and facilitate the signing of agreements, communicating client needs to the operations team.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Account Executive or in a similar role, with a proven track record in market research, prospecting, and client discovery sessions.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with proficiency in CRM systems, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, or related software.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
  • Able to adapt to a dynamic environment, staying updated on industry trends and market dynamics to remain competitive.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated annual salary range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 per year. We offer a hybrid work arrangement in McAllen, TX or remote options, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance.
