**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to join our growing car wash team at Wash and Roll. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily operations, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting the manager in achieving business goals.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Supervise and Train Team Members**: Supervise and train team members to provide exceptional customer service and ensure they are equipped to handle customer inquiries and concerns.
  • **Equipment Maintenance**: Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure it is operating efficiently and effectively, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
  • **Daily Operations**: Oversee daily operations and ensure all tasks are completed on time, including scheduling, inventory management, and customer service.
  • **Customer Service**: Address customer concerns and complaints in a professional manner, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • **Inventory Management**: Manage inventory levels and place orders as necessary to ensure adequate supplies and minimize waste.
  • **Scheduling and Task Assignment**: Assist with creating schedules and assigning tasks to team members, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing conflicts.
  • **Facility Maintenance**: Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and well-maintained, creating a positive and safe environment for customers and employees.
  • **Goal Achievement**: Support the manager in achieving business goals, including revenue growth, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
  • **Staff Meetings and Training**: Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to improve overall performance, share best practices, and address areas for improvement.

  • **Physical Demands**: Be able to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks as required, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
