Position Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Training Delivery: Conduct regional training sessions aimed at enhancing quality care, boosting patient satisfaction, and driving revenue growth.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes for new hygienists within Aspen Dental practices.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Work alongside vendor partners to organize field meetings and promote the utilization of products.
  • Training Initiatives: Support training programs focused on new patient care products and procedures.
  • Liaison Role: Act as a communication bridge to ADMI's territory hygiene team, addressing daily inquiries via phone and email regarding policies, reports, product features, incentives, and support materials.
  • Budget Preparation: Collaborate with practice owners and ADMI field management to prepare hygiene budgets and assess hygiene requirements for the territory, including staffing and additional hygiene days.
  • Coaching: Provide guidance to under-performing offices to enhance their operations.
  • Developmental Duties: Undertake additional responsibilities as directed by practice owners of supported offices.
Role Requirements

This position is classified as a non-clinical support role, offering guidance to hygienists working within Aspen Dental-branded practices.

Compensation

Salary range: $75,000 - $120,000 annually.

Qualifications
  • Licensed and/or Registered Dental Hygienist.
  • Willingness to travel to assigned offices.
  • Proficient in handling small instruments, supplies, and equipment with precision and dexterity.
  • Demonstrated excellence in professional practice, coupled with a strong business acumen and empathy for patients.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
  • Previous experience in dental administration or leadership roles.
  • Experience as adjunct or full-time dental hygiene faculty, or consulting experience in dental hygiene with a proven success record.
