Job Overview:
Securian Financial Group, a leading financial services company, seeks a skilled Sales Enablement Technology Business Solutions Specialist to support the optimization and utilization of sales enablement tools within Employee Benefits Solutions (EBS). This role will partner with Sales Enablement and Enterprise Technology to resolve issues, manage projects, enhance features, and maintain CRM data integrity. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales concepts, client relationships, and technology skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and distribute sales enablement reports.
  • Audit data quality to ensure field accuracy.
  • Create internal reports for EBS leaders and teams.
  • Maintain CRM data integrity, including contact information and account management.
  • Qualify and set up new RFPs for sales, cross-sales, and renewals.
  • Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
  • Collect and distribute pre-sale marketing data via Salesforce.
  • Train new hires and existing associates on sales enablement tools and best practices.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of sales concepts and planning strategies.
  • Experience in supporting client relationships and managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage diverse requests.
  • Basic knowledge of Salesforce and project management.
