Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Auto Repair Service Advisor to provide our customers with thorough estimates for vehicle service repairs and help boost our sales. As an essential member of our crew, you will assess customer needs, provide accurate cost estimates, and ensure our clients understand everything our technicians are doing to their vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess customer needs and provide thorough estimates for vehicle service repairs
  • Communicate effectively with customers to ensure they understand the necessary repairs and maintenance services
  • Represent our company well and build solid relationships with our clients
  • Ensure our shop runs smoothly while helping our customers get back on the road quickly and safely

Requirements

  • Sales and customer service experience
  • Good driving record

Work Schedule

This full-time position typically works Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM, with the occasional Saturday morning for training or to catch up on work.
