Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Cart & Janitorial Associate at Walmart. As a key member of our Front-End Service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience from the moment they enter our store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collect and organize carts from the parking lot to maintain a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Operate equipment to move carts from the parking lot to inside the store, ensuring efficient and effective cart management.
  • Clean restrooms, salesfloor, and parking lot as needed to maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization.
  • Work collaboratively with the Front-End Service team to provide exceptional customer service and support.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to lift and move carts and equipment as needed.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
