La Unidad de Administración de Sistemas en nuestra nueva Rama de Informática de Control de Enfermedades está buscando un Consultor Senior de Sistemas de Información para unirse al equipo de Administración del Sistema IRIS. Bajo supervisión, el consultor formará parte del equipo técnico central para el Sistema IRIS, proporcionando experiencia en el análisis de sistemas de información, incluyendo la definición de requisitos de usuario para bots de procesamiento automatizado (RPA) y el Sistema IRIS.
Responsabilidades:
- Recopilar y documentar los requisitos de usuario para nuevos sistemas y mejoras del sistema; documentar requisitos funcionales y técnicos.
- Desarrollar y mantener procesos de gestión de cambios.
- Completar la documentación de control/gestión de cambios y coordinar aprobaciones de acuerdo con los procedimientos departamentales.
- Realizar entrevistas, realizar análisis de flujo de trabajo, documentar el alcance y los objetivos, y participar en sesiones de diseño de formularios definidos por el usuario y flujos de trabajo del sistema dentro del Sistema IRIS.
- Preparar especificaciones detalladas, abordando el alcance y los límites del sistema, requisitos de datos, funciones de usuario, formularios e informes, flujos de trabajo, interfaces, seguridad, auditorías y requisitos de continuidad del negocio.
- Diseñar y documentar la funcionalidad del Sistema IRIS (por ejemplo, flujos de trabajo, grupos de usuarios, formularios definidos por el usuario y diccionarios) y configuraciones en alineación con los requisitos comerciales.
- Analizar y documentar la capacidad del Sistema IRIS para cumplir con los requisitos de usuario, funcionales y técnicos.
- Asistir en el desarrollo e implementación de planes de capacitación y pruebas.
- Colaborar en el desarrollo de escenarios de prueba; preparar documentación de aceptación del usuario; colaborar con los usuarios del sistema para llevar a cabo pruebas de aceptación del usuario.
- Preparar documentación técnica del sistema, manuales de usuario y ayuda en línea.
- Monitorear el cumplimiento del sistema con las políticas, procedimientos, directrices, planes y estándares de TI establecidos.
- Pueden participar en el desarrollo de solicitudes de información (RFIs), solicitudes de propuestas (RFPs), solicitudes de cotizaciones (RFQs), declaraciones de trabajo (SOWs), etc., y en la evaluación de propuestas.
Requisitos:
- Título universitario en Ciencias de la Computación, Sistemas de Información o un campo estrechamente relacionado y dos (2) años de experiencia reciente, a tiempo completo y remunerada en análisis y diseño de sistemas de información en una organización de tecnología de la información centralizada.
