Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalized care and support to clients in their homes and communities.
  • Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as grooming, dressing, and meal preparation.
  • Encouraging and supporting clients in their goal-setting and skill-building activities.
  • Accompanying clients on outings and activities in the community, promoting socialization and independence.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualities and qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A valid driver's license (for transporting clients).
