Healthcare Support Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Support Specialist to join our team at PACE Southeast Michigan. As a Healthcare Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our participants, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

The estimated salary for this role is $38,000 - $48,000 per year, depending on experience. Your duties will include:
  • Providing personal care and assistance with daily living tasks
  • Assisting with medication management and simple treatments
  • Transporting participants to appointments and activities
  • Documenting participant information and progress


To succeed in this role, you must have a High School diploma or GED, a valid Michigan driver's license, and current CPR certification. Previous experience working in long-term care, hospital, or home care settings is preferred. You must also be able to lift 40 pounds or more and transfer patients as needed.
