Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join our team as a Medical Assistant/NCT.

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:

  • Surgical scheduling
  • Assisting with medical procedures
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of examination rooms
  • Managing refills and pre-certifications
  • Coordinating procedure schedules
  • Conducting laboratory work
  • Performing EHR charting
  • Executing various clinical responsibilities as required

Qualifications:

While a certification in Medical Assisting, LMRT, or NCT for x-ray procedures is not mandatory, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum of one year of recent experience in a medical office setting
  • Familiarity with NextGen EHR is advantageous

Work Schedule:

Available positions include:

  • Part-Time or Full-Time: Monday and Wednesday from 8 AM to 5 PM; Friday from 8 AM to 1 PM
  • Full-Time: Monday through Thursday with a half-day on Friday
