The role we are seeking for is a Certified Medical Assistant for our outpatient clinic in Ridgewood, NJ. As a key member of our team, you will work directly with patients, helping with rooming, checking vitals, assisting the receptionist, and performing filing duties. You may also be responsible for maintaining supplies and organization, ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
Job Description:
As a Certified Medical Assistant, you will play a vital role in our outpatient clinic, working closely with patients, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Rooming patients and preparing them for examinations
- Checking vital signs, such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
- Assisting the receptionist with administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments and managing patient records
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient files and records
- Ordering and stocking medical supplies and equipment
Required Skills & Experience:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant
- Primary Care/Internal Medicine experience
- MA certification
- Healthcare experience in either outpatient or inpatient settings
- High school diploma/GED or higher education
- EPIC EMR experience/training
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
