We are seeking a skilled Laborer to join our team at HHS Construction, a Congruex company. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining heavy equipment, assisting skilled labor, and performing various tasks related to construction and site preparation.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and maintain heavy equipment, including backhoes, jackhammers, and other machinery.
- Assist skilled laborers with tasks such as loading and unloading materials, and preparing construction sites.
- Perform tasks related to site preparation, including cleaning obstacles and hazards, and restoring disturbed property.
- Load and unload materials on trucks, and perform other duties as assigned.
- Work safely and efficiently, following instructions from supervisors and adhering to company policies and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid Class A driver's license required.
