Orthopedic and Neurosurgery Nursing Coordinator

About the Role:
- The successful candidate will facilitate multidisciplinary care through education, review of clinical needs, and support while ensuring comprehensive care is provided to all patients.
- This role involves working closely with our interdisciplinary Spine team to improve patient preparedness for treatment, facilitate interaction between patients, physicians, and referrals, and ensure access and throughput.
About You:
- BSN degree in nursing required; Master's degree in health-related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience working with surgical patient populations, preferably in neurosurgery, spine, and/or orthopedics.
- Current CT RN license, BLS certification, and specialty certification in neuroscience or orthopedic nursing preferred.
Work Environment:
- Ability to assist patients on and off procedure tables and push wheelchairs is a must.
Estimated Salary: $100,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package that includes benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
