Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the processing of incoming and outgoing automotive parts shipments
- Verify shipment accuracy against purchase orders and invoices
- Maintain and organize shipping and receiving documentation
- Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or defects in received goods
- Package and label parts appropriately for dispatch
- Ensure a tidy and efficient shipping and receiving workspace
- Assist in inventory management and conduct regular stock counts
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding shipment updates and issue resolution
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety regulations

Work Schedule:
Tuesday to Friday from 5 AM to 2 PM, and Saturday from 6 AM to 12 PM, with Sundays and Mondays off.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in shipping and receiving within an automotive or retail setting is preferred, though training is available for the right candidate
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately manage shipments
- Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
