We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Laboratory Supervisor to oversee laboratory operations. This role involves coordinating staff schedules, managing inventory, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and mentoring laboratory personnel.

A successful Laboratory Supervisor must possess strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. This position requires a blend of scientific expertise and exceptional leadership capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
  • Manage the procurement of laboratory supplies.
  • Oversee the disposal of laboratory samples in accordance with regulations.
  • Provide training and support to laboratory assistants.
  • Enforce health and safety standards within the laboratory.
  • Manage sensitive security documentation.
  • Maintain specialized laboratory software and systems.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications:
