Job Description

This Office Administrator position is ideal for individuals who enjoy processing transactions, collecting checks, making cash deposits, and maintaining records of incoming and outgoing cash. As a full-time employee working at the Port Authority Bus Terminal, you will be responsible for accurately counting daily deposits, completing and verifying sales reports, and communicating with corporate as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 6 months of cash handling experience is required for this position.
  • Excellent time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential.
  • You must have strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong working relationships with internal and external customers.
