Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Welcome guests upon arrival, manage check-ins and check-outs, and provide room keys while adhering to established policies and procedures.
  2. Address guest inquiries regarding hotel amenities, local attractions, and events, ensuring all questions are answered with professionalism.
  3. Process payments accurately, including cash handling and credit card transactions, in compliance with financial protocols.
  4. Assist with special requests and accommodations to enhance guest satisfaction whenever feasible.
  5. Manage reservations, including pre-registration and cancellations, in accordance with hotel guidelines.
  6. Participate in various tasks and projects as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency of hotel operations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent experience is required. Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
