We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Director to lead our facilities team at Carespring. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our facilities, including Assisted Living Suites, Independent Living Apartments, and Patio Homes.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance tasks to maintain excellent standards throughout our facilities
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations regarding building codes and equipment standards
- Manage and maintain a team of maintenance staff to ensure efficient and effective operations
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules and budgets to ensure optimal use of resources
Requirements:
- Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as facilities management or engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in facilities management or a related field
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 100 lbs.
- Knowledge of building codes, equipment standards, and maintenance procedures
