Key Responsibilities:

  • Work Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
  • Act as a liaison between residents and the Property Manager, collaborating closely with the Building Superintendent.
  • Oversee access control, monitor security systems, and patrol the premises to maintain safety and security.
  • Welcome residents, guests, and vendors, and manage the visitor registration process.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, including maintaining records, updating systems, and documenting shift activities for effective communication.
  • Assist with filing, transaction audits, and clerical support as required.
  • Safely drive, park, and retrieve vehicles for residents and guests.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, stay informed about community events, and provide recommendations.
  • Facilitate reservations, ticket acquisitions, and accommodation arrangements, as well as share information about local attractions.
  • Support the Lead Concierge in coordinating resident move-ins/outs and elevator scheduling in conjunction with the Property Manager.
  • Guide new residents through community services and amenities.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing packages, including dry cleaning, in accordance with building policies.
  • Respond promptly to emergency maintenance situations and ensure timely resolution of maintenance requests.
  • Adhere to emergency protocols, organizational policies, and communication directives.
  • Assist in organizing and executing community events for residents.
  • Perform snow removal, apply ice melt, and undertake additional tasks as assigned by the lead concierge or property manager.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service is essential.
  • Must demonstrate punctuality and attentiveness throughout shifts.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and perform administrative tasks on a computer.
  • Preferably experienced in operating manual transmission vehicles.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently while resolving challenges proactively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Consistently maintain a professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Physically able to lift objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance.
  • Successful completion of a background check and provision of three professional references.
  • Must have access to public transportation, as there is no on-site parking.
