**Your Role**

As a Master's thesis researcher with a focus on fuel cell systems, you will play a crucial role in our company's success. You will dive deep into the world of fuel cell technology to develop innovative solutions for our digitally connected fuel cell systems.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Optimize the damping positions for our system installed in forklifts, considering various suppliers and technical specifications.
  • Evaluate existing test results of the shake-rattle test to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support in selecting the right storage method for the system based on acceleration in 3 axes, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
  • Analyze vibration and shock data, adhering to industry standards DIN EN : and DIN EN :2010-02.
  • Perform FEM iterations to evaluate stresses and displacements, as well as calculate natural frequencies through modal FEM.
  • Analyze existing damping elements of the fuel cell stack and air compressor, and develop improvement suggestions for the design.

**Your Qualifications**

  • You are studying in the field of design, mechanical engineering, or a comparable technical field with a corresponding focus.
  • You have experience with fuel cell systems and handling hydrogen, with a strong understanding of technical principles and industry standards.
