About the Role:

The Regional Vice President of Engineering will be responsible for setting and executing the strategic engineering vision across their designated region. This pivotal leadership role involves overseeing all engineering operations and ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mentorship and team development
  • Development of regional engineering strategies and plays
  • Strategic account planning
  • Interfacing with HQ business units
  • Budget management
  • Stakeholder engagement
Qualifications and Interests:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in engineering, with at least 5-7 years in a senior management or leadership role
  • Minimum of 5-10 years of experience working in direct sales engineering, or in a sales engineering adjacent environment
  • Proven track record of transformational change within an engineering organization
  • Passion for technology and driving client-facing change
  • Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale and complex engineering projects
  • Experience in managing and developing engineering teams, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Strong financial and business acumen with understanding of a multi-faceted business operation
  • Experience in developing and managing budgets for engineering operations, with a track record of cost control and financial efficiency
  • Demonstrated experience in strategic planning and execution, with a focus on aligning engineering efforts with business goals
  • Strong influencing skills to get things done and inspire business transformation
  • Ability to partner and collaborate with business and sales leaders across the company
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management skills, and able to effectively prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume, and evolving work environment
  • Ability to approach customer and sales requests with a proactive and consultative manner; listen and understand user requests and needs and effectively deliver
  • Excellent oral, written communication, and presentation skills with an ability to present security-related concepts to C-Level Executives and non-technical audiences
  • Conflict negotiation and problem-solving skills and agility
  • Ability to travel when needed
