Job Title: Senior Electrical Engineering Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Electrical Engineering Team Lead to join our Simulation and Training Solutions group in Binghamton, NY. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the development and modification of physical aircraft and ground vehicle simulators for military and commercial applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead electrical analysis and characterization, schematic design, power budgets, and part specification and selection.
  • Manage custom cabling and interconnect design, electrical assembly documentation, and prototype integration & testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, manufacture, and integrate training systems.
  • Estimate, track, and report on scope, schedule, and budget for assigned program work.
  • Travel to customer sites for information gathering, installation, and test of end-product.
Requirements:
  • Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
  • Must have or be capable of obtaining a US Department of Defense (DoD) security clearance.
Preferred Skills:
  • Experience with AutoCAD, AutoCAD Electrical, or equivalent electrical design tool.
  • Experience designing and documenting electrical systems or components of a moderate to high level of complexity.
  • Experience troubleshooting electrical malfunctions to root levels.
