We are seeking an experienced Nuclear Engineer to join our team at Strata-G LLC. As a Nuclear Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our nuclear facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, revise, and review Nuclear Criticality Safety (NCS) documentation, including Criticality Safety Evaluations (CSEs), Nuclear Criticality Safety Determinations (NCSDs), and Technical Deviations (TDs).
  • Complete required NCS annual Operational Reviews as needed.
  • Provide daily nuclear facility support, including facility walkdowns, review of NCS requirements implementing documents, and participation at facility Operational Safety Boards.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of a BA/BS degree plus 2 or more years of Nuclear Criticality Safety (NCS) experience, preferably with DOE-specific experience.
  • Ability to obtain a DOE Q clearance.
