Key Responsibilities:- Provide timely and effective support to clients via email and phone, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
- Convert leads into customers by identifying and addressing their needs, and upselling our products and services.
- Create memorable experiences for our clients by going above and beyond their expectations.
- Represent StandDesk in our social media community, engaging with clients and promoting our brand.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, documenting case actions and following our guidelines for categorization.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and sales, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and empathy, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Proficiency in typing (50+ wpm), Google Apps, MS Office, and social media platforms.
- Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling emails and articulate responses on the phone.
- Self-sufficiency and a willingness to take ownership of tasks and projects.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (preferred).
