Customer Experience Representative

At StandDesk, we're committed to delivering exceptional customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. As a Customer Experience Representative, you'll play a critical role in achieving this goal.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to clients via email and phone, ensuring their issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.
  • Convert leads into customers by identifying and addressing their needs, and upselling our products and services.
  • Create memorable experiences for our clients by going above and beyond their expectations.
  • Represent StandDesk in our social media community, engaging with clients and promoting our brand.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues, ensuring seamless communication and resolution.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, documenting case actions and following our guidelines for categorization.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service and sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and empathy, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Proficiency in typing (50+ wpm), Google Apps, MS Office, and social media platforms.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling emails and articulate responses on the phone.
  • Self-sufficiency and a willingness to take ownership of tasks and projects.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (preferred).
