Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate School Director to lead our team of educators and support staff. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our school, ensuring the delivery of high-quality educational programs, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily operations of the school, including staff management, budgeting, and facilities maintenance
  • Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our students and align with our organizational values
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes social, emotional, and academic growth
  • Collaborate with our curriculum and education specialist to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational programs
  • Manage classroom budgets and provide resources for teachers to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student outcomes and achieve organizational goals
Requirements
  • Previous administrative experience in early childhood education, preferably in a large school setting
  • Early Childhood Education certification or equivalent
  • Ability to obtain Director Credential
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience in staff supervision and development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with teachers, staff, and families
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on achieving organizational goals and promoting a positive work environment
