Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement quality management systems to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, GDP, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with operations teams to ensure ongoing education and adherence to quality standards.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and required quality records at the branch level.
  • Identify and support the creation and storage of branch-specific SOPs.
  • Lead the branch-specific quality review meeting as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, plus 4-6 years of experience in international freight forwarding, supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience working in a healthcare/pharmaceutical logistics/supply chain environment with knowledge of GDP.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas and collaborate with others.
  • Ability to travel overnight as required and up to 10%.
