Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Certified Nurse Assistant to join our Home Health team at Baylor Scott & White College Station, TX. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient care and support under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse.
  • Assist with patient transfers, mobility, and hygiene.
  • Monitor and record patient vital signs, intake, and output.
  • Report patient conditions and concerns to the appropriate parties.
  • Maintain unit equipment and supplies.
Requirements
  • Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Less than 1 year of experience in a healthcare setting.
