Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing project schedule leadership and expertise, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. This will involve developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress, and identifying and mitigating potential schedule risks.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project controls, with experience in scheduling and project planning. They will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate complex information to stakeholders, and adapt to changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including Level 1 and Level 2 integrated project schedules
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential schedule risks
  • Develop and implement schedule corrective actions and recovery plans
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure that schedules are aligned with project objectives
  • Provide schedule analysis and reporting to support project decision-making

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, or Construction Management
  • 20+ years of experience in project controls, project services, and/or planning/scheduling
  • Minimum 8 years of supervisory experience
  • Advanced competency in Primavera Project Planner (P6)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
