Job Title: Microsoft Project Scheduler

We are seeking a highly skilled Microsoft Project Scheduler to join our team at Preferred Technologies, LLC. As a key member of our Design and Estimation Team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of projects within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Utilize Microsoft Project Professional and Microsoft Project Web App to create and manage project schedules, collaborating closely with Design and Estimation team, project managers, and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate timelines and drive project success.
  • Ensure alignment of schedules with project objectives, milestones, and dependencies, and collaborate with project managers to incorporate changes and adjustments as needed.
  • Monitor project progress against established schedules, prepare regular reports on project status, highlighting any deviations or risks, and analyze data to identify potential delays and help Project Managers determine the best corrective actions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Project Management, Engineering, or Business.
  • Certification in project management, such as PMP, is advantageous.
  • At least 3 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Project Professional, with strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in Microsoft Project Professional, Microsoft Project Web App, and Microsoft Office 365.
