Electrical Assembly Technician

Schneider Electric is seeking a skilled Electrical Assembly Technician to join our team in West Chester, OH. As a key member of our plant production team, you will play a crucial role in building complex Engineered-to-Order solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in the design and fabrication of prototypes, products, and product enhancements.
- Inspect materials, parts, and/or complete electrical/mechanical switchboards for conformance with Schneider Electric and industry procedures, specifications, and quality standards.
- Conduct testing of prototypes, finished product, parts, units, or processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Interpret and assist with implementation of Engineering Change Notices.
- Maintain and troubleshoot testing and/or production equipment for various departments within the facility.
- Assist with new product documentation and introduction. Train and provide feedback to other members of the department and facility on technical and quality matters.
- Complete special projects and tests as necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience with complex wiring assemblies for power distribution equipment.
- Technical degree or equivalent experience preferred.
