Assembly Technician

At Krupp Bilstein of America, Inc., we are seeking a skilled Assembly Technician to join our team. As an Assembly Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and productivity of our products.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain a safe working environment by adhering to all safety and environmental policies.
- Assemble component parts to company specifications and customer expectations.
- Inspect all parts for proper assembly and cosmetic defects.
- Tag any non-conforming parts with re-work labels and place in re-work bin.
- Ensure all parts are assembled per specification.
- Maintain a clean workstation and clean-up production areas as required.
- Set up machines per work instructions.
- Learns all machines in work area.
- Demonstrate a willingness to move to other lines and cells to fill company needs.
- Possesses a stable work history, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrates a strong customer focus along with a great work ethic and willingness to do what needs to be done.
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic math, including working with decimals, and strong mechanical aptitude.
- Possesses a logical method of problem solving and willingness to learn and improve one's skills.
- Demonstrates a strong commitment to meet and exceed customer requirements at all times.
The Assembly Technician will be required to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, with the ability to lift up to 40 pounds, perform repetitious duties, and walk or stand for long periods of time on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate will have good hand-eye coordination and be able to perform detailed work with a strong attention to detail and quality.
