About the Role

Moor Spa Hilton Head is seeking a skilled Licensed Massage Therapist to join our team of highly educated staff who embody a global, eco-conscious philosophy of health and beauty.

We are committed to providing our guests with a unique and fulfilling spa experience, and we believe that everyone deserves to experience the benefits of massage therapy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional therapeutic massage therapy in a safe and welcoming environment.
  • Build and retain a client base through strong relationships and exceptional customer service.
  • Participate in training and monthly staff meetings to stay up-to-date on spa protocols and best practices.
  • Input guest SOAP notes into the spa management system for every treatment performed.
  • Understand and adhere to all protocols for each service offering.
  • Request professional supplies to ensure that the massage room is well stocked.
  • Conduct weekly inspections of the massage, Vichy, and tub treatment rooms and complete room inventory status to ensure all equipment/supplies and presentation are perfect.
Requirements
  • State massage therapy license.
  • At least one year of spa experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
