This is a hybrid role that may involve both remote and on-site work at a clinic. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Completing prior authorizations and ensuring seamless medication access for patients
  • Source financial assistance on behalf of patients and navigating complex benefit systems
  • Processing pharmacy claims and managing medication dispensing and shipping
  • Acting as a liaison between patients, providers, and pharmacists to ensure optimal care
  • Improving the patient experience by answering questions and requests in a timely and professional manner
About You

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for improving patient outcomes. If you have:

  • Mastery of core pharmacy technician skills, including processing claims and dispensing medications
  • Experience navigating specialty medication benefits investigation, prior authorization, and financial assistance
